ABOUT ME
✱ Hi again! I'm a product designer and illustrator based in Seattle
✱ Currently designing product at Storygrounds, a new webcomic platform that allows readers to contribute ideas to their favorite stories
MY WORK
I’m a UW alum with a background in HCDE and experience designing for early startups, SaaS, and healthcare; but at the end of the day, I'm excited about any product space that cares about people. I'm passionate about social responsibility, facilitating collaboration with stakeholders, and delivering with speedy, high visual craft.
In my free time, you might find me re-watching The Office, writing↗ (about design, art history, and things in between), or tapping heads in VALORANT.

Some more about me, through hand-drawn snippets
THE ART HISTORIAN
At age 7, I stumbled across my first art history textbook in my mom's office. I wasn't a huge reader, but I was fascinated by the pictures of art and have been hooked since. I started my high school's first Art History Club, and now take art history courses whenever I can.
Art History taught me to care about context, and the power of art as an expression of it.

ANYONE CAN COOK
In its 2007 hit film, Ratatouille, Disney proved that anyone can cook, even a rat named Remy. As a designer, I can relate to Remy a lot. I challenge myself to face the odds, whether I'm pursuing a field with a nontraditional background or pushing for crucial accessibility features in discussion with developers.
My passion for TV and movies stems from a love of storytelling and unique narratives. I'm a huge fan of A24 films (some of my favs being Hereditary, Eighth Grade, First Reformed, and Moonlight).
RESPONSIBLE DESIGN
As much as I love learning and talking about good design, I also often come across the darker impacts of design. From the murky waters of dark patterns to the role that digital products can play in spreading misinformation, design ethics is something I care about in my work and hope to address throughout my career.
